We can print on your cut pieces – one sided or double sided: logos, company names, information, flow directions, cable capacities, part numbers, dates, serial numbers, labels, warnings, Military Specifications, etc.

On-line cutting in the factory

Cutting is done as the final step of the manufacturing process. The pieces are perfectly straight without any curvature.

• Non-shrinkable tubing/sleeving is cut at the end of the Extrusion process
• Heat shrinkable tubing is cut at the end of the Expansion process

High speed cutting in the Clean Room environment

Following manufacturing, XTRA SHIELD Medical Grade heat shrinkable tubing is taken to the Clean Room environment

• Following re-testing for insulation integrity, the tubing is alcohol wiped and then custom cut on high speed cutting machines
• Cut pieces are packaged in double plastic bags
