MULTI-WALL HEAT SHRINKABLE TUBING

Multi-wall heat shrink tubing is adhesive lined heat shrink tubing that provides permanent, waterproof sealing with rugged protection against abrasion, flexing and vibration. We offer flexible or semi rigid adhesive lined heat shrink tubing in assorted heat shrink tubing materials and shrink ratios: polyolefin tubing for electrical wiring insulation, identification and moisture sealing in wet, automotive and military applications, low shrink temperature PVC heat shrink tubing and extra strong cross-linked (irradiated) PVC designed for marine, salt water and outdoor applications.

HS-101-MW-2:1 2:1 shrink ratio
Flexible, thin wall polyolefin tubing with a meltable adhesive liner which bonds to a wide variety of plastics, rubbers and metals.

HS-101-MW-3:1 3:1 shrink ratio
Flexible thin wall polyolefin tubing with a meltable adhesive liner. The larger 3:1 shrink ratio allows for a broader range of applications and its medium wall increases mechanical strength and cut-through resistance.

HS-101-MW 2.5:1 shrink ratio
Semi-rigid polyolefin tubing with a meltable adhesive liner. The tubing will shrink down to 40% of its original diameter when fully recovered. A few sizes can accommodate a wide range of applications. It is easily removed and excellent for rework, retrofit and repairs in the field.

VAT-105™ 2:1 shrink ratio
Low shrink temperature PVC tubing with a meltable adhesive liner. It will bond with most substrates, has excellent abrasion resistance, is ideal in outdoor applications and will provide moisture protection that will not deteriorate over time. With its unmatched bonding strength, it is perfect for use with PVC jacketed wire and cable.

VAT-205™ 2:1 shrink ratio
Cross-linked low shrink temperature PVC tubing with a meltable adhesive liner. Irradiation provides superior abrasion and solder iron cut-through resistance. It will bond with most substrates to provide an impermeable seal, is ideal for abrasive environments and for use with cross-linked PVC jacketed wire and cable.
