Insultab manufactures both heat shrinkable tubing and non-shrinkable tubing products which will insulate, identify, seal, protect and beautify in a wide variety of electrical, mechanical, structural, medical and aesthetic applications.
POLYOLEFIN HEAT SHRINKABLE TUBING
HS-101 2:1 shrink ratio
is an excellent all-purpose insulation which shrinks at a low temperature and is easily marked.
HS-101-3X 3:1 shrink ratio
uniformly shrinks over irregular sizes and shapes. It has a low shrink temperature and is excellent for hot stamping.
PVC HEAT SHRINKABLE TUBING
HS-105 2:1 shrink ratio
has a low shrink temperature, is economical, highly flame retardant and resists many chemicals, oils, sunlight, fungus and moisture. Colors are vivid; clear is 'crystal clear'. All HS-105 tubing, including 'clear', meets UL Subject 224 VW-1.
HS-105 X .032 2:1 shrink ratio
is similar to HS-105 with a heavier 1/32" wall thickness.
HS-205 2:1 shrink ratio
is cross-linked PVC which offers all the benefits of PVC heat shrinkable tubing with a longer and less heat-sensitive shelf life. It is excellent for applications with cross-linked PVC wire and cable.
MULTI-WALL HEAT SHRINKABLE TUBING
HS-101-MW-2:1 2:1 shrink ratio
is flexible thin wall polyolefin tubing with a meltable adhesive liner which bonds to a wide variety of plastics, rubbers and metals.
HS-101-MW-3:1 3:1 shrink ratio
is flexible thin wall polyolefin tubing with a meltable adhesive liner. The 3:1 shrink ratio allows for a broader range of applications and its medium wall increases mechanical strength and cut-through resistance.
HS-101-MW 2.5:1 shrink ratio
is semi-rigid polyolefin tubing with a meltable adhesive liner. The tubing will shrink down to 40% of its original diameter when fully recovered. A few sizes can accommodate a wide range of applications. It is easily removed and excellent for rework, retrofit and repairs in the field.
VAT-105™ 2:1 shrink ratio
is low shrink temperature PVC tubing with a meltable, adhesive liner. It will bond with most substrates, is excellent in outdoor applications and will provide moisture protection that will not deteriorate over time. It is ideal for PVC jacketed wire and cable applications.
VAT-205™ 2:1 shrink ratio
is cross-linked low shrink temperature PVC tubing with a meltable adhesive liner. It has excellent abrasion and solder iron resistance, a longer shelf life, will bond with most substrates and will provide an impermeable seal. It is perfect for use with cross-linked PVC jacketed wire and cable.

is flexible food-grade tubing that Insultab developed for applications involving contact with food, water and non-toxic materials.
