INSULTAB ANNOUNCES ITS NEW AT-5000 SERIES AUTOMOTIVE TUBING

Woburn, Massachusetts - Insultab’s new AT-5000 Series Automotive Tubing is now available. This line of both standard and custom engineered, extruded tubing products has been specifically designed to meet all automotive industry specifications.

I.D. sizes range from .022” to 1“, wall thicknesses range from .010” to .075”, with tight tolerances on cut pieces from .100 thru 10’.

Insultab will produce AT-5000 Series Automotive Tubing products in custom dimensions and offers custom cutting, printing and special packaging, specifically to customers’ specifications.

AT-5000-25  -40˚C to 90˚C general purpose, flexible tubing for electric and electronic wire protection, wire harnesses and cable assemblies is highly flame retardant and certified to meet ASTM D-922 Grade “A” and Ford Performance Specification ES-2U5A-IA263-AA.

AT-5000-50  -40˚C to 70˚C general purpose, flexible tubing for electric and electronic wire protection, wire harnesses and cable assemblies is flame retardant and certified to meet Ford Material Specification ESB-M4D-103A.
